PIM Holds Cheap Market to Help Residents Fulfill Basic Needs Ahead of Ramadan

JAKARTA, SIARPOST – Approaching the holy month of Ramadan, a number of prices for basic necessities have started to spike. Facing this situation, Advanced Indonesian Women (PIM) in collaboration with JABABEKA, Tbk held a Cheap Market in the Green Market Area, Cikarang, Bekasi. The event, which carries the theme of Eco-Friendly Market, will be held on 30-31 March 2022. PIM will cooperate with Indonesian MSMEs who will sell various products that are ready to enter the domestic and foreign markets.

“The products that will be present at the Cheap Market are agricultural products such as vegetables, fruit and basic necessities. In addition to selling MSME products, there will be talk shows from successful entrepreneurs, there will be cooking shows, cardio dance, kolintang music and big discounts,” said PIM General Chair Lana Koentjoro.

As a women’s organization, PIM is a forum that unites Indonesian women from various cross-professionals and backgrounds with the aim of making Indonesian women independent, tough and competitive, so that they can align their people in efforts to advance the nation and state, continued the women who love kebaya.

In the future, in addition to facing the holy month of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr, Indonesia will host the G20 event.
